Hiring mangers these days do seem to have an audacious sense of entitlement
Saw one the other day for a PM position that wanted 10 years experience and a PMP, but was only offering the salary equivalent of about 2X minimum wage…

I was a big fish in the last industry I was in. The quality of my work was unmatched, I could get the best oUT of my subordinates and I could run large projects.

They could, of paying you was all they were obligated to do.

They’ll fill it. My workplace hires supervisors off the streets, the workers generaly get paid more.
