Is working a labor dispute job bad?

The recent conversations on this forum have been about the low wages within the trade. These low wages will continue as long as people fight each other for the low wage jobs. If you cross the picket line what you are telling other machinists is that you are willing to take the low wage that others consider unacceptably low. So if you choose to cross the line be aware you are not helping to increase the wages in the industry and are actually helping to push wages down.

Find a better job if your unhappy with your pay, it’s what I’m trying to do.
