I had an interview for a job that went well initially, but the next step was an aptitude test with a personality section and a technical section.
However, I found the personality section to be more like a psychological exam with 14 sections and 50–100 questions each. The questions were quite strange, asking about my sleeping habits, anxiety levels, mood swings, and even my childhood experiences. It felt more like a therapy session than a job interview, and I couldn’t help but wonder if it was a way to get around privacy laws.
